Physical Therapist – Full or Part-Time

Location: Activecare Physical Therapy, 3425 Peach Street, Erie, PA 16508

Pay Range: $65,000 – $82,000+ per year (Depending on schedule & experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Flexible options available)

Position Overview

Join our innovative, patient-centered clinic where you’ll provide hands-on care with minimal passive modalities. We schedule one-on-one, 45-minute sessions, allowing you to deliver exceptional outcomes and truly connect with each patient.

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide active, hands-on therapy for diverse orthopedic & post-surgical cases.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and sustainable wellness.
• Maintain accurate documentation with AI-supported EMR systems.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Outpatient experience preferred.
