Dry Needling

Dry needling is an innovative therapeutic technique that involves inserting a small, thin, monofilament needle into a muscle(s) to  decrease pain, decrease muscle tension, improve range of motion, promote healing, and restore function. A McKenzie trained therapist has undergone additional, specialized training to become an expert on how to assess and treat a wide range of spinal and musculoskeletal issues using the clinically proven McKenzie method. Activecare Physical Therapists are either Certified or are currently training in the McKenzie Method

Peripheral Neuropathy

Peripheral Neuropathy results from damage to the nerves in the extremities.
