Kendra and the staff of ActiveCare are great. They have been instrumental in getting me back on my feet after ankle surgery. All approved appointments are now complete. The ankle is much more stable than when I first started. Upon coming in on the first visit I was using a walker and pretty much hopping on one foot. Now I use a cane for stability and walking almost normally. There is still work to be done so I was given exercises to continue at home. Thank you so much for all your help and patience with my nonsense. Continue the excellent work. Sincerely, Eileen Fitzpatrick

Activecare Physical Therapy is EXCELLENT! TOP OF THE LINE PHYSICAL THERAPY! You are greeted by a very friendly staff right from the front door. (Sara especially, very kind , patient and explains everything in detail ) Ehren Trost (Therapist) goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable, welcome and secure. Definitely a recommendation! I’ve referred a few others to their services as well. 5 STAR Practice ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Why Early Treatment Matters

Fibromyalgia symptoms do not resolve on their own. Without proper care, chronic pain and fatigue can intensify, leading to limited mobility and a decline in overall well-being. Seeking treatment early can:

  • Reduce pain and muscle stiffness, making everyday movements easier.
  • Restore energy levels, helping you stay active and engaged in life.
  • Prevent long-term complications that can make recovery more difficult.
  • Improve mental clarity, reducing the impact of fibro fog and fatigue.
  • Help you regain independence, allowing you to do more with less discomfort.
  • The longer fibromyalgia symptoms persist, the harder they can be to manage.

Taking action now can lead to significant improvements in how you feel and function.
